Shipping Rates (Australia)
We provide flat rate regular and express shipping options for all domestic orders via Australia Post.
Orders over $99:
Free regular shipping on all Australian (domestic) orders over $99.
$4.95 express shipping on all Australian (domestic) orders over $99.
Orders under $99:
$7.95 regular shipping on all Australian (domestic) orders under $99.
$12.90 express shipping on all Australian (domestic) orders under $99.
Delivery Timeframes
Regular shipping estimated delivery times (from dispatch):
- VIC, NSW and QLD: approximately 2-3 business days.
- WA, NT, SA, TAS and regional areas: approximately 3-6 business days.
- Remote areas may take longer.
Express shipping estimated delivery times (from dispatch):
- VIC, NSW and QLD: approximately 1-2 business days.
- WA, NT, SA, TAS and regional areas: approximately 3-4 business days.
- Remote areas may take longer.
Delivery estimates are a guide only and not guaranteed.
Order Processing
After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation to the address provided at checkout confirming your order details – usually immediately, or within 1–2 business days. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
Orders placed before 12pm AEST are generally dispatched the same business day.
Personal information collected in connection with order processing, shipping, and delivery is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Orders
Please review your order carefully before checkout, including product selection and quantities. Once an order has been processed, it can’t be edited or cancelled.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, except where required under Australian Consumer Law. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information.
Additional Shipping Terms
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders aren’t dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. weather, peak periods, carrier delays).
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email with your Australia Post reference number.
Delivery Risk
Delivery is handled by third-party carriers. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Title to the goods passes upon dispatch, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of delivery providers once delivery has occurred.
Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hi@newyoucollective.com.au.
If your delivery is delayed or missing:
- Check your tracking details with Australia Post.
- Lodge an enquiry with Australia Post where required.
- If unresolved, contact us and we’ll assist where reasonably possible.
Australia Post may offer compensation for lost or damaged items in accordance with their policies. Please refer to their website for eligibility and details.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including your rights where goods are lost or damaged in transit.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping isn’t available via our website at this time.
If you’re outside Australia and would like to place an order, please email hi@newyoucollective.com.au and we’ll see what we can arrange.
Where international shipping is arranged on request:
- Import duties, taxes, and fees are set by the destination country and are your responsibility.
- These charges aren’t included in your order total.
- We’re required by Australian export regulations to declare the full value of goods and label shipments as dutiable merchandise (we can’t mark orders as “gifts”).
PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers
We ship to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers.
Dispatch Location
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, New South Wales. NSW public holidays may affect dispatch times.
The dispatch location does not affect the governing law or jurisdiction applicable to your purchase, which is set out in our Website Terms of Use and Sale.
