doable, not daunting
We know the struggle of running on empty – chasing energy with endless cups of coffee, lying awake at night watching the clock, and wading through brain fog so heavy you put the milk in the pantry and the cereal in the fridge.
For too long, wellness has been packaged as extremes: Either clinical and complicated, or glossy and unrealistic. Neither truly works for the people who just want to feel good within their own day-to-day.
Our purpose is to make health simple and sustainable. To create supplements that cut through the noise, support the basics of energy and sleep, and actually fit into real lives.
We believe wellness should be for everyone – every body, every background, every identity, every starting point. At New You Collective, inclusivity is paramount.
At the end of the day, our job is simple: To give you supplements that work, support that lasts, and a continual reminder that you don’t have to be perfect to feel good.
Meet Our Founders
Together, Rachel and Aaron bring over 30 years of combined experience across clinical practice, health systems, education, policy, and product development.
New You Collective was born from their shared frustration with complicated wellness advice and under-dosed, white-label supplements that don’t deliver real results. They set out to create practitioner-formulated products that genuinely work for everyday people, without requiring perfect routines.
They’ve worked with industry leaders, including Dane Renshaw and the Atomic Regs team, to ensure every product meets the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficacy.
When they’re not working, they enjoy a life close to nature – beach walks, time in the bush, quiet moments, and time with their fur babies.
